International Shipping:
We currently ship to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times will vary based on your location. Estimated delivery times are 7-21 business days, depending on the destination.
Please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Processing:
- Processing Time: Orders typically take 1-2 business days to be processed and dispatched, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. You can track your order on the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.
Shipping Restrictions:
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
- We currently do not offer shipping to certain international locations due to customs regulations or other restrictions.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
- Savage Athletix is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the tracking status shows "Delivered." If your package has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.
